Information you choose to share
When you send an inquiry, we receive the contact details, company information, description and files you provide. Please share only information needed to discuss your request.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you and prepare a relevant response. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Access and storage
Inquiries are stored with restricted staff access. Supporting documents are private and are delivered only to authorized team members. Email notifications contain an inquiry reference, not your attachments.
Retention and requests
You can ask about access, correction or deletion through our inquiry form. We review requests and retain information only as needed for the inquiry, agreed work and applicable obligations.
Essential cookies
The site uses an essential language preference cookie and a secure session cookie for team access. If optional Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you allow it. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences. Inquiry fields and documents are not sent by this integration.
Optional AI assistant
If you choose Start chatting, messages you send and published company information are shared with OpenRouter and the selected AI provider to prepare answers. Inquiry submissions and private documents are not sent to the assistant. Please avoid confidential information and check any answer before relying on it.
Continuing and starting a chat
Chat history is kept on our server so you can continue for 7 days, linked to your browser by a secure HttpOnly cookie. A per-tab sessionStorage copy displays previous messages. Expired histories are removed during later chat requests and administrator cleanup; expiry does not guarantee deletion at an exact time. New chat clears the displayed conversation and starts another; it does not delete the previous server history.
